- Programs: Program age and length are listed below. You may select more than one program per day.
- Date(s): Please indicate on the calendar your first, second and third choices. If you would like more than one date please contact us directly. We cannot guarantee that you will receive the dates and/or programs that you request.
- Group Size: Please include number of participants and numbers teachers and chaperones.
- Confirmation: Once we receive your application, we will mail you a confirmation letter that includes the amount due for 1-day programs and the deposit due. Deposit is based on number of participants and is 25% of your total.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be given in writing or by phone a minimum of 30 days prior to your scheduled date. Cancellations less 30 days before the scheduled date forfeit the deposit.
- Minimum 10 students per program and a travel fee may be added for programs further than 25 miles from AMM.
