Traditional sea chantey artist Geoff Kaufman featured in Annapolis Maritime Museum’s
Winter Maritime Concert series, Sunday, January 23

Geoff Kaufman will perform a concert of traditional seafaring work songs and ballads on Sunday, January 23, at the Annapolis Maritime Museum from 7 to 9 p.m. A chanteyman with twenty years’ experience at Mystic Seaport, Geoff sings songs of the sea, songs of the earth, songs of the heart and the spirit, accompanying his fine tenor voice with a variety of traditional musical instruments, from guitar to concertina. And he is sure to invite the audience to sing along. Admission is $15 per person.

The Annapolis Maritime Museum is located at 723 Second Street in Eastport. Driving from City Dock, take Compromise Street across the Spa Creek Bridge, turn left onto Severn Avenue, right onto Second Street, and come to the end. Follow signs to parking at the Horn Point Harbor Marina, 107 Eastern Avenue, just around the corner from the Museum.
