Annapolis Maritime Museum Winter Maritime Seminar Series:
John Laurence Busch, Steam Coffin
Wednesday, March 30, 7-8:30 p.m.

steam coffin coverJohn Laurence Busch is an independent historian whose book, Steam Coffin: Captain Moses Rogers and the Steamship Savannah Break the Barrier, chronicles the 1819 voyage of the Savannah, the first steamship to cross the Atlantic Ocean, and the captain’s  Chesapeake Bay connections.
